How do I know I have the right key for Sanyo ECR 330D?

I can't get rid of an error message because the key will not turn to the P. Where can I get a new one?

If it won't turn to P, it is not a programming key. It is probably an operating key or a sub manager key. You need to see a Sanyo dealer to get a full programming key.
