Hudl2 too?
My Hudl 2 is 7days old and doing the same as Bob UK
Same problem starting after five attempts screen lock worked, but touch buttons on home screen froze could not select anything other than strangely the tesco one. Working on it the touch buttons freeze then two minutes un freeze. very frustrating. Then all of a sudden runs well for couple hours.
Is this a fault or do I need to kick ass with a full factory reset.
Tesco help say this pin hole is on the rear casing mine is on the edge of the screen left of the front facing camera. I don't want to try it incase thats not what the hole is.
