Look to the back wall of the fridge - there will be two sloping channels and a hole - the hole is to let water drain away - it will be blocked - unblock it.
Clean and dry the fridge - put the stuff back.
The water is just melt water from the frost-free activity.
It will be at the bottom because water runs down hill.
