It wont turn on, Also the green light is not on when its charging. Is there a way to reset it?

That's assuming "it" is a sat nav in the first place. The original poster doesn't say.

No green light when charging possibli mean that it don't charge at all.

If it don't charge, the patteries are probably totaly drained.

As those batteries are normaly Li-ion batteries, they are very probably dead from been left drained for to long = over 2 days.

You need new batteries.

You need to check that the charger is working correctly and that it's whire is undamaged.
If the charger is not working or it's whire is damaged, it need to be replaced.
