internal fuse keeps blowing?

hope someone can help. i have a vistron lcd tv modle number vis032p. the problem is the fuse on the board keeps blowing as soon as i chang it and turn on the power.
there are 2 fuses 1 is next to where you plug in the power lead and the other the one that keeps blowing on a ciruite board.
has anyone any ieas to what the problem could be and if this an expensive repair or not.

Mr. Gazz - a t.v. repairman is NOT and engineer. An engineer title is acheived by AT LEAST a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering. TV techs just basically remove modules and order parts. Sometimes solder.

correction: TV Service Technician. Engineers require at the minimum a Bachelors degree

With no electronics knowledge you are asking for trouble if you attempt to keep feeding it with fuses you could cause further damage, the problem is most likley to be in the power supply circuit, or a transistor short circuit drawing lots of power, call in a tv engineer he can locate the fault without burning the house down.

I work in TV and Electronics and have seen many simple to repair faults made into disasters by joe public playing repair man.
