Citroen xsara Picasso lx , dash flickering ?

hi i have a Citroen xsara Picasso lx 1.6 2001 model and all is fine with running and on dash but in the last 2 days iv noticed when i lock the car i can see the dash flickering every 12 secs like lightning it is all fine again in morning and drives perfect , can anyone help ?thanks

Renault /citrons /Peugeot, all have dashboard problems it called dry joint , the EEC rules = that solder cannot be all lead so they put a alloy content in it which does not make for a a good connection
There are companies that rebuild them Google ecutesting ,all of these French companies have made a fortune out of selling cars with built in faults just Google Renault/citrons/Peugeot automatic gearbox problems all of these French cars have made billions for for PSA the French car collective .
Most popular answer in any French hand book is REFER TO DEALER !
French cars look nice and have lots of tech but in reality they are shite !
