How To HE2 On Samsung Washing Machine/Dryer?

I have a Samsung WD8704EJA. In the middle of a cycle it stops and the error code HE2 comes up. I have looked in the manuel but there is no mention of this code. How Can I Fix It ? Anyone Can Help Me Please?

Is nobody capable of using Google these days? 2 minutes on Google - Put in Samsung washer dryer HE2 error brought up:- http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/fault-codes/laundry-fault-codes/3458-samsung-washing-machine-fault-codes-later.html
It tells you HE2 means the heater is not heating.
