jaguar xk8 cd No Disk Error?
I have taken the CD changer apart and 'lightly' greased all the moving parts visible. Plugged the unit back in and getting the same error. I've noticed that the mechanism that moves the disks appears to work properly. The disk is moved into the spindle, appears to be seated properly, and spins for about two seconds and stops. I get a "NO DISK ERROR" and it goes to the next disk. Same story.
Some times , after sitting for a while, it will load a disk and play. But when I change disk. Same problem. Any answers?
