Hotpoint Extractor Hood Fan HP73X?

I changed light bulb after bulb blew with a pop. Replaced bulb, now cannot turn lights off, plus fan not working and will not turn off. Changed fuse in plug. Lights still on and Fan not working correctly...Help.
