for belling range cooker?

my bellings element blew so I replaced used for a week was ok but I thought it blew again so I changed it again but when replaced still no heat off element fan working ok no light coming on when turning heat on what should I do next

You didn't check the new element, just replaced it?

I think what you should do next is get a techie in who knows what he is doing before you ingure someone important, or even yourself.
