How can I mend my Hoover NEXTRA Fridge/Freezer?

I have a Hoover Nextra. The freezer is not going cold and there is water dripping out of the overflow on the back. The lights are working and the motor is as I can hear it, however the fridge and freezer is not getting cold at all.

Any help would be appreciated!
