The paddle is join to metal bar?

the paddle is fitted to metal bar is that metal bar supposed to come out finding it is putting oil on bread.

I take it you are asking about a breadmaker. It would be nice to know the make and model, since these are all put together differently.

I THINK you are asking about the shaft that fits in the bottom of the pread pan, and onto which the mixing paddle fits.

These shafts aren't generally intended to come out.

It may be that you can buy a new shaft and bearing assembly, as these are a separate assembly on some breadmakers however it is more likely that you will have to buy a new bread pan.

You should be able to Google for spares quite easily. eSpares is an often-useful supplier.

And do try some remedial English. you never know when it will do you proud.
