Be Modern Detroit electric fire not working?

Hi I have a Be Modern Detroit inset electric fire.
For no apparent reason it stopped working after not being used for sometimes.
The electricity is reaching the control box but nothing works? Could it be the main switch or something else?
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
