citroen 1.9 van wont start,STOP sign on?

hi.
I have a 2006 1.9 Citroen van that wont start. On the dash the STOP warning light is on. the glow plug light as not come on.
Battery is low so leaving it on a charge for 24hours.
Van not been used for a week but been fine up to then. All under bonnet levels have been checked and topped up as necessary.

if it cranks over with a charged battery and doesn't start then the first thing to do would be to get it onto a code reader,no point guessing as it could cost a small fortune.
