this is a new machine someone pressed all of the buttons . machine seems to be stuck on a wash programme keeps filling with water but doesnt drain or spin . showing f5 on display when finished washing . new indesit machine

You call the shop and say "The machine you sold me doesn't work. All it does is keeps filling with water but doesnt drain or spin. It just shows f5 on display when finished washing. I wish to reject it under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) for a full refund"
