I rather suspect there are a lot of "74cm Panasonic TVs", probably covering old CRT sets all the way throiugh plasma, LCD and LED screens.
Don't you think it would have been helpful to at least give us a hint which Panasonic TV you are wittering about?
Please advise the exact model number.
Its probably apower supply fault but who knows?
Some sets do have a history of specific faults. the only way to see is to find out what you descided we didn't need to know.
