Hi i have a hotpoint aquarius wd420 thats not pumping the water out. How can i fix this myself please...desperate!!!

If that does not work, it may be the main module (back of machine). Sometimes the pump circuit fails. We stock the modules. Go to our site at www.emwelec.co.uk and put WD420 in the search box. You will need to determine if yours is the Mk4 or Mk8 version. Our website tells you how to tell the difference. You can order online for dispatch Jan 4th.

check the filter first, BUT when you open the filter cap all of the water in the drum will rush out, so get a large strong bin liner and a to empty it into and a mop. let it out a little at a time, if the filter is dirth clean it , and try the machine again, on a half wash, start there first
