Potterton Netaheat 10-16 Gas Boiler?

My downstairs radiators have stopped working, and from research it seems to have something to do with the pump. Would someone kindly be able to tell me where I locate this pump and what I need to do with it please? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for the advice, I will try tonight and will hopefully avoid a frosty Christmas!

If it is your pump, then it will normally be in your airing cupboard... With a 10-16 boiler, the pump could be anywhere.... Trace your pipes from the boiler and that might help.

If it is your pump, then you'll obviously need to get a new one... But you may be able to "jump" start it by the screw on the front of it (If fitted).
