My lg american style premium ez digital fridge was cleaned out at the rear including the cooling coils about a week ago but the compressor earth strap was left disconnected. The freezer compartment has defrosted and does not seem to be getting cooler despite connecting the earth strap.The fan is operating. Any advise please?
