After reading many people's problems bang on same problem I will take clocks out of the car hoping to clean with wd40 same as many other people have done so hopefully this will fix my problem to as the clocks come on now and again this should be a Ford recall on this model because as it stands this vehicle is sorn off the road because of this caused so much problem for so many people they shouldn't get away with such a wide spread problem will let you know how I get on

A 13 year old car that you've taken off the road with a SORN notification and you want to clean unspecified "clocks" with WD40 to make them work again - multiple electronic indicators - rescue them with spray oil?

This is the first Ford Focus "clocks" issue that I've seen posted on here - I suspect that a failed MOT is the cause of this rant and a defective instrument panel the cause of the clocks failure.
