silver nano WA80hag 6kg spins properly but dont wash & rinse?

My washing machine spins properly but dont wash & rinse the led indicator blinks but no action occurs.
Pl. help me

It does things that do not need water
It does not do things that do need water
The water inlet valve may be defective
They are easy to replace
Or you could have a specialist do it for you
I am just guessing.
