gas central heating, 2 radiators cold, any ideas?

The combi - boiler seems fine, 4 radiators working fine, hot water also fine. 2 radiators stubbornly stone cold, whever I turn the thermostats (all the radiators have thermostats). I have bled all radiators, no air, just cold water filliing the 2, and hot filling the rest. Anyone know what could be the matter??

She MEANS 'Your thermostats on the two radiators my have broken and closed the valves WHICH WOULD HAVE ALLOWED the water through'

Agree - try the balancing act!

they need balancing, shut the working ones down and open the others full to let them get the hot water. clair you dont make sense ( Your thermostats on the two radiators my have broken and closed the valves allowing the water through ) you can't close the valves and let water through. and as for bg they just let you down.

Your thermostats on the two radiators my have broken and closed the valves allowing the water through.
If you can try changing the thermostat with another one in the house to see if this is the problem. Or try removing the thermostats temporarily and see whether the valves are closed, if so re-open and then see if the water starts to come through warm.
The only other thing I can think of is that you may have a blockage leading towards the two rads which is effecting the flow of water to them.
If you have British gas protection I'd call them and ask them to check it out.
Hope this helps
