FreeSat is a service covering the UK, with a bit of oveerspill onto Europe
Freesat from Sky is a service from Sky covering the free-to-air channels fo rthose not wanting a subscription, although a one-off fee for a viewing card is still needed.
Which service do you hope to use?
In short, I do not believe you will be able to receive either service in Uganda.
You may be able to receive loclaly directed satellite coverage but you may well need a different box.
