the radio buton on my 2004 jeep cherokke doesnt work?

how would I fix button on radio?there is five buttons to preset channels and one of them is loose and doesn't work . how would I fix it

You would take the radio from the vehicle - dismantle it by removing the outer case and examine the switch mechanism to see what has gone wrong - nobody here can do that for you.
Then form a plan to resolve the problem - then execute it.
