Mistral FF72/FF92 making ice in botom of freezer section?

Ice forming on floor of freezer every day.
Can you advise on a cure please

Condensation on the walls isn't running away. Locate the drain hole (Usually to the lower back of the fridge / freezer compartment) and clear it. I find old fashioned net curtain plastic covered wire spring is often useful.
