We have checked the brushes, filter and drain. All ok. When you put on spin you can hear the motor but drum doesn't move. The control panel factory reset mode doesn't work either. The control panel flashes different areas eg. 40 degrees temp section, then flashes 1400 spin speed. At a loss now. Thanks in advance.
