Beko frost free Fridge Freezer Exploded!! CGA9756FFW r600a gas pentane?

Had this Beko Frost free F/F 4 years. Makes usual fridge noises but recently clattered and vibrated so violently that the fridge magnets flew off!! All electrics work but doesn't cool down. Fan in freezer cuts in but its blowing ambient air. Rear of unit was making high pitched whistling noises / screaming (in pain??!) and the rear plastic ribbed panel that runs the full height of the freezer has expanded outwards like there is something inside trying to get out. Could the compressor have died and blew a hole in something or does it sound like the pipes have leaked r600a and consequently the compressor has overloaded due to lack of gas?? Is it poss that compressor is okay but no gas ? As I said it still makes the refrigeration noises. n.b panel between freezer and fridge door got very hot as did freezer door seal around top.
Is it completely knackered or fixable?
Thanks

Telling him its died is a load of rubbish. Whats gone is the defrost timer , an easy and cheap fix. Because its not defrosting , frost has built up behind the freezer panel making it bulge out. Frost has also blocked a vent / fan thus stopping cold air flowing up into the fridge , hence , ambient air.

I agree - I still want to know what would cause the ballooning of the back - I mean - could this thing have took my family out or what??
