Ariston undersink heater making noise?

2 problems: 1st - a constant noise I think may be the expansion vessel, is it repairable or only replaceable? 2nd - pressure release safety valve is leaking outside continuously - can I reset it or does it need new washer or replacing?

The noise could be the valve discharging, It is either from over pressure or faulty.The valve is replaceable,quite a simple job if you know what to do
