how can i fix my beko washing machine?

hi i have a beko washing machine,model WMB91442LR the drawer fills with water and thats it,can anyone help plz

Take the drawer out and give it a darn good clean (including the little siphon for the conditioner) and check the route the water takes from there down into the machine for lumps of congealed soap.
