First adjust the arm bolt turn toward pin on water vavle run it check if water turns off ifnot continue
1st turn water to cistern off
Remove float arm from filler valve undo the large plasitc nut on front of valve replace the washer.
If necessary replace whole issue with new ball and valve kit its not rocket science to do it.
