What is the part Number of Q2 ?

Q2 has burnt out on my Ryobi BCL14181 18V charger and I cant identify the part number. Can you please help with this info?

same problem but I read on internet but cant find where now but the part that blew is mosfet 9565 bgh,I could not find one anywhere but discovered another number which is fod 4685 mosfet.
have not fitted mine yet hope it works.

What caused Q2 to blow? You need to identify and cure that fault as well. It may not just be Q2
