After filling with water the drum begins to rotate but after only a few seconds the 'rinses' light starts flashing quickly for 8 seconds, goes out for about 6 seconds and then flashes quickly for another 8 seconds. After 2 or 3 more seconds the 'rinses' light starts flashing continuously and the machine empties and shuts down. Strangely the machine will perform the woolens (40C) and silks wash cycles but machine shuts down when it gets to the rinse or spin cycles. Have replaced the motor brushes and shock absorbers
