how can i fix my vaillant turbo max vuw gb242-5 turbo max plus 824e?

i have a problem with my boiler there is nither hot water or heathing.as soon as i turn my boiler on it turn itself off.the message on the temperature gage is f.20 or f.22.its xmas.plzzzzzz help.
