how do i fix my paykel gwl 11 washer?

The machine will not finish the wash cycle.

If it is just going around and not agitating back & forward that is because it is filling. Once full it will agitate & move on to the next cycle by itself. It sounds like the water is coming in too slowly. Which brings me back to your original post about the water dribbling in slowly & my question yesterday " Did you follow my suggestions to fix the water problem?" If you did what was the result? If you didn't then why didn't you?

Sorry, I dont want to waste your time but this washing machine is foreign to me. I put in the clothes, push Favorite and it has to be advanced to get to the rinse cycle and then advanced to the spin cycle to finish. There are no beeps.I see no error code. The lady we bought it from said it worked perfectly for 12 years. I put in the favorite mode to raise the water level to high.It seems it does not agitate but goes around in a circle with a little water as page 4 of the manual describes. We have been timing 15 minutes from the beginning to advance out of the wash and then advance to the rinse and then advance to spin where it will come to a stop. The water level never rises and the machine never really agitates. There seems to not be a problem with the water but with changing of the cycles. This machine is the most advanced we have owned and I wonder if we know how to use it.The clothes do not seem to get as clean as possible and because we are new to this machine I hope with your help we can find a solution. Im not very good with machines.

Just noticed that you have already asked about this machine in a previous thread. Did you follow the advice given then and if so what happened or are you just wasting our time?

That statement could mean anything. Why can't people understand that we are not there and can't see or hear what is happening. You need to describe in as much detail what you can see and hear. Does it just carry on agitating for ever? Does it finish agitating and then stop doing anything? Does it drain the water? Does it start beeping and showing an error code?
