how i get cif chip driver?

when i pluged my I catch (VI) PC Camera to computer it finds a new hardware CIF SINGLE CHIP whos driver is not in the CD i got with that camera, what is the solution to install it and what is that cif chip from where i will get its driver?

Try attaching the camera directly to the computer directly, and this should solve the issue.
