hey my Servis caress 900 washing machine will not give water to the cup where i put my washing powder.. so neither will it Rinse my washing load. i added water manually to the machine all works fine. could it be a pump or something? cheers Arron,

sounds like water fill valve fault (under lid whwre water comes in)
