I have a 27cc Homelite saw that the chain brake handle spring is broken and I can't get the brake handle off. I got the upper pin out but the lower screw just turns. It takes an Allen wrench on outside and I thought it did on inside as well but does not, or so I think? Is there a special tool I need or some kind of trick to taking this out? Please help
