You need mirror adhesive and lots of it

You need a stout frame to begin with - a frame that can support the mirror without falling apart.

In the wall two decent screws that can each withstand a down force of perhaps twice the weight of the mirror and frame.

You would do well to take the mirror to a specialist picture framing shop and ask their advice.
