I recently had the digital readout on a BT Studio 1000/1500 handset go faulty on the main answerphone/base.
I obtained a replacement handset and went into the menu down to 'Setup' to set the item back to factory default and clear all data.
When I pressed 'Menu' again to enter 'Setup' all it did was make a beep sound and would not enter 'Setup'.
Anybody got any ideas as to how to get round this?
