Fix portable 5" B/w TV?

I have this portable 5" B/w Tv which suddenly stopped working. All I can hear are the voice and there is a bright line cutting accross the center of the TV.
Any idea as to how to fix it?

hi it may mot be the frame ic it could be a resister or even a dry joint somthing loose but thay are cheap to buy

needs a new vertical ic. best to chuck it and buy another as these sets are not expensive
