Two problems with toilet.... tank sweating and handle leaking after flush?

Hi!
We are having two problems with our toilet. The first is that the tank seems to be so sweaty and drippy with condensation on the outside. The second is that when you flush the toilet, water drips out from behind the handle. I have been keeping a dish towel on the floor underneath to keep it from damaging things. Thanks in advance for your advice!

condentation is a common problem because the mains water coming into your house is so cold and your house is warm it will cause condentation on the cisten front and bottom. with the water coming out your handle the water level is slightly to high lower your water level half inch or so by adjusting the plastic screw and nut on the valve at the other end of the ball float arm to the ball.
