E 5 on bosch maxx front loader washing machine?

My front loader will begin its wash but stop a few seconds later showing error code 5. We have checked both inlets for water, blockages, filters etc.

You do not say if any water enters the machine - consider that the inlet solenoid valve may be defective - a common fault and an easy fix.

I am not qualified to offer this suggestion and may well be wrong.
