Bedroom ceiling light not working?

All three GU10 lamps blew in the ceiling light. I replaced all of them and repaired the fuse. Still not working. I dismantled the unit and checked the wiring. Everything seemed to be intact. No sign of burning. The lamps are controlled by a dimmer switch. Could this be the problem?

sounds like you have blown the dimmer take it of and see if its black inside.
