Dear Team,
I have my Ford Galaxy Ghia 2009 (59 Plate) with onboard navigation and voice control system.
Problem 1) when using phone the other person cannot hear me but I can hear clearly.
Problem 2) Navigation always ask for cd updates and doesnt work.
Problem 3) many other options are also respond to update using CD.

Not sure where to get the cd and if you could please assist me on this to have an alternate method.
