It's an Indesit dishwasher.
Sometimes on any dishwasher crud collects right down at the bottom where the impeller of the drain pump sits - the pump stalls and the water doesn't fully empty.
Remove the filters at the bottom and bail out the water. Take off the cover over the drain pump impeller - usually a single Torx screw. Use tweezers to lift away the debris - small bones - lemon pips - bits of foil.
Then you're back in business with any luck...
