Beko wash machine not heating water?

We have two Beko WME7267W machines both now failing to heat water whichever wash we attempt. Is this a common fault & is it worth trying to replace the heating element? Liz

No point just replacing the heater element unless you test the element first with a multimeter. Then if the test result says it is faulty you replace it. If it is not faulty you continue the fault finding process step by step until you find what the real problem is and then fix it. If you don't have any test equipment or fault finding knowledge then call a service company.
