Sorry can`t remember where the fuse is,either engine compartment or passenger side glove box, there are two in glove box,one behind the other,front one swings down revealing the other behind it,I think there are schematics on the fuse box lids regarding fuse location,if not the handbook will tell you, if not the fuse then have a look at the wiring from pump up into the engine compartment,bad for chaffing there, good luck.
