My lg washing machine F1222TD had error code OE that I knew already was the filter and yes lots out of there! But put back in and still the water isn't draining..when I test it the water fills the machine and drum turns but when I would expect water to drain it doesn't and I open the filter cover and for the 5th time has to empty by hand ! I was going to get the lower panel
Off but only one side unclips at the moment !

Drain the water & remove the filter. While filter is out, put machine on drain & spin or spin only and start. If you look inside where the filter goes you will see an impellor. This should start spinning around. If it doesn't then either there is still some clips or rubbish in there jamming it or pump is broken or not getting power to run it. You should be able to turn the impellor by hand with a screw driver or something similar. If it won't turn shine a torch in there and look for any more rubbish you may of missed.
