I have the Siemens rdj10rf thermostat clock and receiver. I changed the batteries on the thermostat, I pressed the resetime button the receiver, which is on the wall beside the boiler. And I pressed the learn button on the thermostat clock. Heating is back on but there is a red flashing light on the receiver. Is this normal? There is also an amber light which does not flash
