It's a dishwasher - make and model unknown - drain indicator on - status of machine as in water inside / no water inside unstated.

Perhaps there's an issue with the machine's ability to pump the water out.

You might consider inspecting the drain pump impeller - see if there's any crud jamming it. Right at the very bottom under the filter - the cover held by a single retaining screw.

This is pure conjecture...
